The inspector will provide a description of the property, including photos of visible damage or areas of concern to include broken windows, broken doors, securing issues and tall grass.
Interior inspections occur after an initial secure has taken place at the property. Our field experts conduct a visual walk-through to identify problems such as mold, roof leaks and visible infestations which, if not immediately addressed, can lead to further costly repairs.
